Using our state of the art Cutera laser, we are able to treat a wide variety of skin problems including fine wrinkles, large pores, uneven skin texture, diffuse redness and scarring of the skin. Laser Genesis treats these with a light energy system that heats the skin and stimulates production of collagen. It is a painless treatment. Typically, patient’s need five to six treatments spaced three to four weeks apart. There are virtually no side effects except for some mild redness which may last for 30 minutes up to 24 hours. After completion of the treatment course, it is important for patients to use a sun screen and skin care products that will slow down the signs of aging. Some patients will require booster treatments every six months to a year.
